Two years ago, we inherited a beautiful chalet tucked away in the heart of Valais: Chalet Mon Rêve. To preserve it, maintain it and continue enjoying it ourselves, we decided to offer it as a seasonal rental.

Our goal: to maximise your income while freeing you entirely from operational hassles.
How much does your management service cost and how are your fees calculated?
We charge a 27% commission on rental income generated, which means we are only paid when your property earns.
It is important to budget for certain additional costs:
Set-up fee: between CHF 400 and 600 depending on the property. This covers preparing the property, an initial deep clean, listing creation, and a professional photo shoot. These fees are waived for the first property owners.
Annual administrative fee: CHF 350, including management tools, dynamic pricing, access to the owner portal, and performance reports.
How do you protect my property, and what happens in the event of damage?
Protecting your property is an absolute priority. We apply a rigorous guest screening process, clear house rules, proactive communication before every arrival, systematic post-stay inspections and regular condition checks.
In the event of damage, we handle everything: compiling a full case file (photos, quotes, supporting documents), filing the claim, following it through to reimbursement and coordinating repairs where needed. You're kept informed at every stage, with proactive and fully transparent management.
Can I still use my property for personal stays?
Absolutely. You remain entirely free to use your property whenever you wish. Simply share your dates with us and we'll immediately block the calendar to ensure it's available.
If needed, we'll also arrange cleaning before and after your stay so everything is ready on arrival.
